1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items on sale or marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the return window
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after processing:

- Contact us for assistance
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order is:
- Lost in transit
- Delivered damaged
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
8. Customs & Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
