Campaign enrollment runs from 15 November 2026 through 15 May 2027. Existing sellers and sellers with a first shop submitted before opening can also qualify. All dates and times below use UTC.
Qualifying first submissions must arrive before 16 May 2027 at 00:00 UTC. An approval delay after that deadline does not remove eligibility. Approval is still required before promotional access can be granted.
Approved before 15 November 2026: the planned fixed window starts on 15 November and covers all of 15 May 2027, ending at 00:00 UTC on 16 May.
First approved on or after 15 November: eligible sellers receive six calendar months from approval, including qualifying shops approved after enrollment closes. This also applies to shops submitted before opening that were still awaiting approval.
At the end of promotional access, the allowance returns to 20 active products. Save your preferred listings in the seller dashboard. Remaining places use your most recently updated active products. Excess listings are hidden, not deleted, and you can change your Free-plan selection.
Additional shops or re-approval do not restart the offer. Eligibility alone is not active Pro access. Your dashboard shows recorded start/end times; activation and approval checks still apply.
No. Launch access requires no card and never automatically becomes a paid subscription. Paid upgrades are not currently available.
No. The limit belongs to your seller account and is shared by all your shops. Products marked active still count when out of stock or in a suspended shop.
Not yet. Analytics, sponsored placements, promotion credits and Business-plan features are not included in the currently available offer.
Buyers contact your shop by phone or WhatsApp. Purchases, payments and fulfilment are arranged directly with the seller; MarketEase does not collect customer payments or fulfil orders.
